lentil, chorizo, spinach and potato stew

  1. Cook one bag of lentils for 12 min in a pressure cooker.
  2. in a separate pan, fry slices of chorizo for a few minutes (as much chorizo as you want)
  3. take the chorizo out of the pan and fry one sliced onion, two cloves of garlic and celery
  4. add 3-4 chopped potatoes and fry with one teaspoon of paprika and chorizo
  5. add one litre of veg or chicken stock, and a few tomatoes, romery and tyme and boil until the potato is almost cooked
  6. add chopped spinach and cooked lentils
  7. cook for 5/10 more minutes
  8. add seasoning, chopped parsley 
  9. serve :-)
serves 4 - 6 people
